Employment Law and the Clinton Presidency

Russell Williams

ABSTRACT

Agricultural employers, already facing a number of labor laws, will have to prepare to deal with a new presidential administration which places a high priority on workers rights and more government control. The new administration's priorities will place a greater emphasis on enforcement of existing labor laws and regulations, and quite possibly foster the adoption of many new ones that may adversely affect agricultural employers.
