Cost of Producing Narrow Row Cotton in Mississippi -- 1992

J. C. Walker, F. T. Cooke, D. F. Caillavet

ABSTRACT

Thirty-one narrow row cotton producers were contacted throughout Mississippi to obtain data for this study. This data indicates that for the 1992 crop there was little or no difference in total production costs between narrow row and conventional row cotton. However, costs did vary among several categories in the production system.
