Recommended pyrethroids were applied as foliar sprays to determine efficacy on cotton bollworm (Helicoverpa zea) during a four year period. These included Asana XL, Ammo, Baythroid, Capture, Karate, and Scout X-TRA. All gave adequate control of cotton bollworm when applied properly at recommended rates according to treatment thresholds.
