How OSHA's Bloodborne Pathogen Standard Affects Cotton Gins

Jack Link

ABSTRACT

The Bloodborne Pathogens Standard, OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1030, became effective March 6, 1992. It is a general industry safety and health standard. The standard limits occupational exposure to blood and other infectious materials that may potentially transmit pathogens which could cause disease or death.
