Boll set, final plant height and yield were evaluated in production fields in TN, MS, AR, LA, and TX in the years 1984-1987. Multiple applications of PIX (2.5 to 5 grams per acre, applied starting at match head square) provided higher boll counts and higher yields than did the untreated cotton. This work has culminated in a new multiple label for PIX applications in cotton. |
