Texas Tech University has developed a price schedule for upcoming cotton marketing years for the Texas and Oklahoma cotton marketing regions based on the market history of those regions. This schedule is meant to provide the industry with a means of examining the market history of cotton quality premiums and discounts for Texas and Oklahoma and serve as a pre-marketing year price discovery mechanism.
