The 2018 meeting of the JCIBPC will be held Wednesday, February 28, 2018, at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Memphis (1022 South Shady Grove Road, Memphis, Tennessee, 38120). On-site badge pickup/registration will open at 11:00 a.m. The first general (open) session will be held from 1:00-2:00 p.m. The executive session (closed) is scheduled for 2:15-4:00 p.m. The Committee’s actions on requests will be announced during a second general session following a short recess at the conclusion of the executive session.
