USDA has released their latest estimate of the U.S. cotton crop. The October estimate was roughly 600,000 bales less than the September report. Right now, USDA projects that the United States will produce 21.1 million bales of cotton, which is still up 4 million bales from the 2016 crop. Dr. Gary Adams, President and CEO of the National Cotton Council, joins us to break down the report.
