In our second segment on USDA’s Cotton Ginning Cost-Share (CGCS) program, National Cotton Council’s Vice President of Economics and Policy Analysis, Dr. Jody Campiche, joins us to further explain the eligibility rules and payment details of the program. She starts us off today with the regional payment rates.
