Cotton producers are reminded that sign-up for the Cotton Transition Assistance Program (CTAP) is underway at county Farm Service Agency offices. The deadline for applications is Tuesday, Oct. 7th. Dr. Gary Adams, Vice President of Economics and Policy Analysis for the National Cotton Council, shares some of the efforts the Council is taking to assure that eligible producers sign up before the deadline.
