Twelve US cotton producers have been selected to participate in the 2014 National Cotton Council Policy Education Program (PEP). The program gives them the opportunity to learn more about the Council's policy development and implementation process and other industry issues. John Gibson, Director of Member Services for the National Cotton Council, starts us off with some background information on the program.
