This week’s Cotton Newsline is 4 cuts. All cuts are Gary Adams, Vice President of Economics and Policy Analysis for the National Cotton Council.

The National Cotton Council mailed a survey mid-December 2010 to producers across the 17 Cotton Belt states asking for their intended 2011 cotton acres. Gary Adams, Vice President of Economics and Policy Analysis for the Council, says it does not come as a surprise that all states along the cotton belt show an increase in acreage for 2011.
