The National Cotton Council mailed a survey mid-December 2010 to producers across the 17 Cotton Belt states asking for their intended 2011 cotton acres.

This week’s Cotton Newsline is 4 cuts.  All cuts are Gary Adams, Vice President of Economics and Policy Analysis for the National Cotton Council.
