Senator Hagan of North Carolina and Senator Graham of South Carolina introduced to the Senate the Textile Enforcement and Security Act of 2010.  According to Robbie Minnich, senior government relations representative for the National Cotton Council, the house version had been introduced in May by Representatives Kissel, Jones and Coble of North Carolina and Spratt of South Carolina and currently has 25 co-sponsors.

Suggested Introduction 2:
Minnich says this bill should help prevent fraudulent and undervalued goods from coming into the United States market.
