Manager of Marketing and Processing Technology for the National Cotton Council, Dale Thompson, says the bale packaging specifications for the 2010 crop year adopted by the Council’s Joint Cotton Industry Bale Packaging Committee have been approved by USDA for Commodity Credit Corporation loan program purposes.
