The chairmen of six major commodity organizations – cotton, corn, soybeans, wheat, grain sorghum and rice – were called to Washington today to meet with Agricultural Secretary Tom Vilsak and EPA Administrator Lisa Jackson. NCC Chairman Eddie Smith and Council staff Keith Menchey attended the meeting.
