USDA has announced that 760 million dollars from the Supplemental Appropriations Act is now available for approved but previously unfunded USDA direct farm ownership and operating loans nationwide. According to Robbie Minnich, Senior Government Relations Representative for the National Cotton Council, USDA has already provided 400 million dollars to the state offices for direct operating loans.
