As herbicide resistant weeds continue to spread across the cotton belt, the National Cotton Council has been working to provide resources for producers on how to prevent the occurrence of these weeds on their farms.

This week's Cotton Newsline is 3 cuts.  All cuts are Dr. Bill Robertson, Agronomist for the National Cotton Council.

As herbicide resistant weeds continue to spread across the cotton belt, the National Cotton Council has been working to provide resources for producers on how to prevent the occurrence of these weeds on their farms. Dr. Bill Robertson, agronomist for the Council says several educational tools are already in place.

According to Robertson another resource is a DVD with testimonials from producers who have experienced resistance on their farm.

Suggested introduction cut 3:
Robertson says the council is currently working on materials that will provide producers with options for managing resistant weeds on their farm.
