A group of Sunbelt growers had the opportunity to see agricultural production, processing and business operations in North Dakota last week as part of the Multi-Commodity Education Program. Donny Lassiter a producer from Conway, North Carolina participated in the tour and shares some production issues that he observed while on the tour.

This exchange was between commodity producers in the Sunbelt and the Midwest and Far West regions to get a better understanding of the issues and concerns faced by their peers in other geographic regions. Lassiter says the information shared between the regions will be helpful to his operation.
