The Pink Bollworm Action Committee has finalized plans for 2006 to initiate Phase two of the program.

According to Carter the Pink Bollworm eradication technologies entail the use of first planting B.t. cotton and then the utilization of a pink bollworm Pheromone (fair-a-mone).

Carter says there is a Phase three in the plans.
