2024 Multi-Commodity Education Program

Thank you for agreeing to participate in the 2024 Multi-Commodity Education Program (MCEP). Please carefully review the following participant criteria and complete the enrollment form. You will receive a confirmation email after your enrollment is submitted.

Participant Criteria
- Participants must:
- Derive their primary livelihood from production agriculture or be a commodity organization employee.
- Be 21 years of age.
- Agree to spend approximately one week away from home.
- Spouses cannot accompany participants.
- Program participation is limited to participants, sponsors, hosts and support staff.
- All expenses related to air travel and group activities will be paid by The Cotton Foundation.
- Participants are responsible for airport parking, laundry and other personal expenses.
Logistics
- A tentative agenda, flight information and participant list will be emailed to participants during mid June.
- Agenda is planned by National Cotton Council (NCC).
- Air reservations are made by NCC staff coordinator with guidance from participants.
- Hotel accommodations and ground transportation arrangements will be reserved by NCC.

Information you provide on this form is used to make your travel arrangements and requires your immediate attention. We communicate with MCEP participants by e-mail. This saves time and ensures timely delivery of information to participants.
