Summary of the 1986 Conference on Cotton Dust Research

ABSTRACT

The conference covered the important areas of cotton dust/byssinosis research. Presentations were made on the new cotton dust standard, cotton dust control, chemical composition of dust (tannin and other natural products), endotoxin and microbiology, epidemiology, human exposures studies, animal model studies, and on the etiology and pathogenesis of byssinosis.
