Cotton farmers have been active in improving techniques to maximize yields and minimize sail erosion. But ... somewhere along the line a serious economic crisis developed. We are now faced with the challenge of building a profitable balance between economic survival, conservation mandates, and market-or-government-controlled agriculture.
