ABSTRACT

The Cotton Winter Nursery operates to provide a service to public and private cotton researchers by providing a site for a second generation increase each year and to increase photoperiodic germplasm. It operates under a cooperative agreement among the National Cotton Council of America, USDA, Agricultural Research Service, and SAHR-INIA, Mexico. User fees are charged to cover the cost of operation. Oversight is provided by the Tecoman Steering Committee.
