Cotton Dust Control: Dust Reduction Attempts Prior to Engineering

ABSTRACT

There is a temptation to rush into cotton dust control without proper planning. Large amounts of money can be wasted in the piecemeal approach where subsequent engineering attempts negate prior engineering attempts. Preliminary planning necessities prior to engineering control are reviewed.
