Rob Robinson

ABSTRACT

Over 20 countries belong to the International Union for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants (UPOV), including the United States, and the Plant Variety Protection (PVP) Act is based upon the UPOV Convention. Ammendments to the PVP Act are being sought as a result of negotiation of a new UPOV Convention concluded in March, 1991.
