The 1993 TBW resistance management strategy for Texas is presented. This is a proposed strategy that will be refined and approved by Texas A&M University entomologists prior to the 1993 crop season. The strategy deals with cultural control tactics and introduces the concept of low-dosage mixes of different classes of insecticides to reduce selection for resistance.
