Video Microscopy as a Tool for Analyzing Contaminants in Fiber, Yarn, and Fabrics

ABSTRACT

Video microscopy has become a vital evaluation tool for the identification of cotton contamination in textile products. International and U.S. crop information about contamination types and sources is reviewed. Frequently observed contaminants in samples from mill complaints have been highlighted.
