B.W. Cook

ABSTRACT

Baythroid(TM) is a new synthetic pyrethroid insecticide. Under the provisions of an EUP it was extensively tested across the cotton belt during the 1984 season for control of heliothis, boll weevil, pink bollworm and other major and minor pests. Recommended use rates were 0.0125 to 0.1 lb AI/Acre. Most applications were in the range of 0.025 to 0.050 lb Al/Acre. Results are given of the 1984 EUP.
