FMC Corporation, a global leader in research, development, manufacturing, and marketing of pyrethroid crop protection chemicals, is pleased to share the results of our 1991 Fury insecticide Experimental Use Permit as authorized by EPA on August 1, 1991. To further enhance our leadership position in crop protection technology, FMC established the objective of developing and registering an enhanced cotton pyrethroid for the 1992 season. This fast track to registration called for very aggressive data development, which has been achieved through the 1991 EUP. A registration package leading to a full section 3 label has been filed with the EPA.
