Our 1983 conference theme is "Management - Key to Profits in the 1980's."

In my comments, I want to touch upon an absolutely essential corollary to that theme, and that is adequately satisfying the needs and demands of our customers. However, today, I want to use another slant to express this idea and say instead that competition is the name of the game that we must successfully play. What it takes is diligent competitiveness.
