Liquid 10-34-0 @ applied for cotton on a 3-4 inch band at a rate of 150 lbs./acre on the soil surface immediately behind the press wheel of the cotton planter. The experiment was replicated and executed in four locations in 1987 and in six locations in 1988. In the 1987 experiments, there was no significant response to starter fertilizer. The 1988 results are reported with the 1987 results and the two-year average.
