ABSTRACT

The 64^th meeting of the Cotton Disease Council was called to order by chairperson Craig Rothrock at 4:30 PM, January 8^th, 2004. 35 members were in attendance.

A motion was made by Boyd Padgett, seconded by Melvin Newman, to accept the minutes from last year’s meeting and to dispense with the reading of the minutes from the 2003 business meeting.
