ABSTRACT

The 63rd meeting of the Cotton Disease Council was called to order by chairperson John D. Mueller at 4:30 PM, January 9, 2003. Forty members were in attendance.

A motion was made, seconded and passed to dispense with the reading of the minutes of the 2001 business meeting.
