Dropp Ultra Defoliant

P.N. Odom, Fred Strachan, Stan Lehman, J. Sanderson, G. Schwarzlose and L. Smith

ABSTRACT

Defoliation plays an important role in cotton production in the mid-south and southeast cotton growing areas. Cotton growers are often faced with adverse conditions during prime defoliation periods. These can range from too much moisture, too much nitrogen, drought conditions, low temperatures, thick leaf cuticle, crop maturity and insect damage.
