Commercial packaging firms with bags in an Experimental Test Program (ETP) must report to the JCIBPC before the bags are placed at participating gins. The form below may be used to submit
the required information to the JCIBPC.
To insure each company's bags are counted as 'patterns placed', when the JCIBPC reviews each ETP, PG/W forms should be submitted prior to delivering the material to participating gins. This year's deadline for submitting completed PG/W forms is December 14 2018. This does not prevent a firm with an ETP from counting materials scheduled for delivery after December 14, 2018 as placed provided complete PG/W forms were submitted prior to the reporting deadline.
The following information is required for all PG/W forms:
(1) the type of tie the participating gin will use with the commercial packaging firm's ETP bags,
(2) geographic and contact information about the participating gin and gin
manager (including gin manager's email address), and
(3) similar contact information about the warehouse(s) where the gin may send the bales packaged in the commercial packaging firm's ETP material.
The table below lists: the commercial packaging firms with bagging ETPs, a brief description of each bag or bag fabrication system, the number of patterns (bags) or systems the JCIBPC approved for the ETP, and the tare weight of the bag in the ETP
