General Information

The General Session of Council delegates will be held Monday morning, February 8. Preliminary meetings will begin Friday, February 5, including the American Cotton Producers and the Operations Committee.

Do not miss the only presentation of the Economic Outlook at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 6, immediately preceding the meetings of the six program committees. The retiring Board, interest caucuses and new Board will meet on Sunday, February 7.

Registration and all meetings will be held in the Peabody Hotel.

On-Site Registration

The registration fee at the meeting will be $150. The registration desk will be located on the Mezzanine Level of The Peabody Hotel, open daily, beginning 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 4, through Monday, February 8.

Hospitality Center
A hospitality center will be open each day beginning Friday, February 5, through Monday, February 8. The center will serve as a gathering place for convention attendees, offering juices, coffee and pastries in the morning and coffee and soft drinks in the afternoon.
