	NCC Chairman's Report NCC Chairman Kenneth Hood provided NCC directors with an update on NCC action on key issues ranging from farm bill defense to lightweight bales.
	Cotton Council International Report Cotton Council International President William B. Dunavant, III, updated NCC directors on CCI's activities and the challenges of the industry's need to increase U.S. cotton and cotton product exports.
	Farm Bill Implementation and the International Trade Agenda USDA Undersecretary J.B. Penn provided NCC directors an update on the agency's farm bill implementation process and the international trade agenda.
	U.S. and World Cotton Economic Outlook NCC Vice President Dr. Gary Adams provided NCC directors an outlook that included production prospects, mill use and export projections and a discussion of stocks, prices and returns.
	Washington Report NCC Vice President of Washington Operations John Maguire provided NCC directors an update on key issues ranging from farm bill defense to flammability.
