Cotton producers are urged to sign up for the FSA-administered Cotton Ginning Cost-Share program that provides cost-share assistance payments to Upland and extra-long staple cotton producers with a share in the '15 cotton crop. This one-time, $300 million program, is intended to offset a portion of U.S. cotton producers’ 2015 crop season cotton ginning costs.
