The EPA extended the deadline by which owners or operators of a farm must prepare for and implement a SPCC Plan from November 10, 2011 to May 10, 2013.

The EPA extended the deadline by which owners or operators of a farm must prepare for and implement a SPCC Plan from November 10, 2011 to May 10, 2013.  This additional 18 months provides time for farms to comply with this regulation. Bill Robertson, Manager of Cotton Agronomy, Soils, and Physiology at the National Cotton Council examines the limitations presented by these SPCC regulations, and explains the benefits of the FUELS Act to cotton farmers.
