After three days of intense debate, the House was nearing completion of a $1.2 trillion Continuing Resolution (CR) to fund agencies and programs for the remainder of FY11. Robbie Minnich, Senior Government Relations Representative for the National Cotton Council says funding for all agencies and programs expires March 4.
