Each year the National Cotton Council conducts a survey of producers to determine acreage intentions for the coming season.

This week’s Cotton Newsline is 3 cuts.  All cuts are Dale Cougot, senior economist for the National Cotton Council.

Suggested introduction cut 2:
Cougot says all regions of the cotton belt call for an increase in acres, only seeing a decline in one state.

Suggested introduction cut 3:
Cougot explains these results should only be viewed as producers’ intentions at the time of the survey.
