Farmers across the Mid-South and parts have been dealt a major blow by this year’s weather conditions.  As part three of the series concerning producers' crop conditions, we will hear from three Mississippi producers who have been affected by the devastating weather conditions.  Sledge Taylor, of Como, Mississippi has been farming for 35 years and says this has been the most difficult and stressful year to farm.

Cliff Heaton, of Lyons, Mississippi points out that farmers do not have the profit margin to sustain the losses that come with a year like this.

Kenneth Hood, of Gunnison, Mississippi says that in his 50 years of farming this has been the most difficult year he has endured.
