President Bush addressed the Nation this week expressing what he would like to see for immigration reform. According to Robbie Minnich, Senior Government Relations Representative for the National Cotton Council, people were generally pleased with the President’s acknowledgement of the need for balancing border security with providing access to legal immigrant workers for U.S. businesses and specifically U.S. Agriculture.
