Secretary of Agriculture Mike Johanns has announced the early release of nearly 2.7 billion dollars for fiscal year 2006 for several voluntary conservation programs dealing with working lands.

This week’s Cotton Newsline is two cuts.  All cuts are Craig Brown, Vice-President of Producer Affairs for the National Cotton Council.
