This week’s Cotton Newsline is three cuts. All cuts are Dr. Frank Carter Senior Scientist for the National Cotton Council.

The National Cotton Council and USAID have co-sponsored four training session for West African scientists. Entomology was the third training session according to Dr. Frank Carter, Senior Scientist for the National Cotton Council.
Suggested introduction cut 2:
Dr. Carter says the program content was developed by staff at Tuskegee University in cooperation with National Cotton Council staff.
Suggested introduction cut 3:
According to Carter the West Africans were very appreciative of the training and have made tentative plans for other information exchanges.
