Application of Instrumented Tractors to Improve Performance During Deep Tillage Operations

ABSTRACT

To fully demonstrate the effects of different implement or tractor characteristics on tillage performance it is necessary to be able to measure many factors. An instrumented tractor can serve that measurement purpose. This paper presents two examples of how improved performance can be documented and explained.
